Ahmedabad: The annual flower show by the Amdavad Municipal Corporation commenced on December 30th. In just three days, the flower show has attracted around 1.5 lakh people, but with this influx, traffic management has become an issue on the riverfront road.

The show is taking place at the Sabarmati Riverfront Event Centre Ground and adjacent Flower Park. Due to severe traffic congestion, the traffic police had to shut down the riverfront stretch from Flower Park to Sardar Bridge on Monday evening. Additionally, on Sunday, the route from Vallabh Sadan was closed after 6 pm.

One individual, Naitik Gor, took to social media and said, “Very poor management of Ahmedabad traffic police on the riverfront west road.
