Dabhoi: The name of Dabhoi town will change to Darbhavati, its ancient and original name. A local municipality has passed a resolution proposing the same. The next such resolution will be passed in the local Taluka Panchayat’s Karobari meeting. After both these resolutions, the MLA and the local Member of Parliament will send the resolutions with their recommendations to the Government. It is the central Home ministry that finalizes the approval of such proposals. DeshGujarat
