Ahmedabad: Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has been discharged from KD Hospital in the city after being there since Wednesday afternoon. Khan was admitted to the hospital after suffering a heat stroke during the IPL match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on Tuesday.

The latest update on his health was shared by his manager, Pooja Dadlani, on Thursday afternoon via Instagram. “To all of Mr. Khan’s fans and well-wishers – he is doing well. Thank you for your love, prayers, and concern,” read her Insta story.

“Khan was released from the hospital this evening and from there he directly left for the airport,” stated Om Prakash Jat, Superintendent of Police of Ahmedabad (Rural).

Shah Rukh Khan was in Ahmedabad to support his team KKR against SRH in the IPL 2024 first playoff match. DeshGujarat
