Star Air discontinues Surat to Belgam and Kishangadh flights
June 15, 2024
Surat: Star Air has discontinued its two flights operated from Surat Airport in Gujarat.
Star Air was operating flights from Belgavi (Karnataka) to Surat, and from Surat to Kishangarh (Rajasthan). The return leg of the same flight would travel from Kishangarh to Belgavi via Surat.
These flights operated three days per week. The operation of these flights benefitted from the Central government’s UDAN scheme, which rationalized fares for a fixed number of passengers.
The flights had been operating for the last three years. However, with the end of the UDAN scheme, the flight services have been withdrawn. DeshGujarat
