Police deployed to prevent people on waterlogged road strayed by crocodiles in Vadodara

Vadodara: Presence of crocodiles in humans populated areas of Vadodara is not something new in monsoon. In latest, policemen are deployed to stop pilgrims to visit Koteshwar mahadev mandir as the road to the mandir is water logged and there are three crocodiles straying there. As it was Monday of holy Shravan month, many pilgrims were out to visit the mandir which is located in Vadsar area. As Vadsar-Koteshwar road is water logged, the pilgrims venture into knee deep water to visit the mandir. However on Monday police was deployed to prevent piligrims. They were asked that there are three crocodiles straying in the water and one must return without darshan for a while, till the time the water logging is cleared and crocodiles are back to their habitate.
