Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has made comprehensive arrangements for devotees visiting various Ganesh Visarjan sites on September 6, 2025.

As per an official release, around 245 officers and staff from the Fire Department will be present at different Ganesh Visarjan kunds across the city to ensure safety. To facilitate the Visarjan process, the AMC will deploy 50 cranes, 50 JCB machines, and 50 trucks.

Welcome stages will be set up at several key locations, including:

• Sanskar Kendra, Paldi

• Jamalpur Phul Bazar, Jamalpur

• Town Hall, Parotha Gali

• Victoria Garden, Tilak Baug

• Near Dashama Temple, Old Vadaj

• Opposite Hanuman Camp near Dashama Temple, Shahibaug

All stages will have proper seating arrangements, sound systems including microphones for music and singing, and ceremonial decorations with rose petals, abir, and gulal to welcome devotees.
