GIFT City: GIFT City will soon introduce a dedicated facilitation centre and lounge aimed at supporting investors, businesses in the pipeline, and professionals working within the financial hub. The centre is designed to function as the first point of contact for anyone seeking information, assistance or guidance related to GIFT City.

According to GIFT City officials, the decision to establish this facility was taken recently, and the centre is expected to begin operations in mid-December this year. Positioned as a single backend interface, it will streamline the experience for companies and individuals navigating the process of setting up operations in the IFSC.

The facilitation centre will help businesses with regulatory guidance, application support and other requirements essential for establishing a presence in GIFT City. It will also serve employees and professionals who are new to the ecosystem, providing details on schools, hospitals, residential options, and other available amenities.

In addition to on-ground support, GIFT City management is also planning to extend this service through an online portal and mobile application, expected to go live by mid-January next year. This digital interface will provide easy access to information and enable users to connect with the appropriate departments and services virtually.
