AMC earns ₹473.70 crore from e-auction of five plots

Ahmedabad: The Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) today announced that its Estate Department conducted an e-auction on November 27 and 28, 2025, for the sale of 13 residential and commercial plots. The auction followed a tender announcement issued on November 10, 2025. Of the 13 plots, five received valid offers, which will generate a total revenue of ₹473.70 crore for the civic body.
According to official details, the highest offers for the five plots were as follows:
