Ahmedabad: The Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) today announced that its Estate Department conducted an e-auction on November 27 and 28, 2025, for the sale of 13 residential and commercial plots. The auction followed a tender announcement issued on November 10, 2025. Of the 13 plots, five received valid offers, which will generate a total revenue of ₹473.70 crore for the civic body.

According to official details, the highest offers for the five plots were as follows:

1. 1. TP Scheme No. 216 (Shilaj), FP No. 93 – SFR

   • Area: 9,765 sq. m

   • Upset price: ₹1,70,000 per sq. m

   • Highest offer: ₹1,73,000 per sq. m by Shafalya Associates

   • Total value: ₹158.83 crore (₹2.93 crore above the base price)

2. 2. TP Scheme No. 74 (Chandkheda–Zundal), FP No. 146 – SFC

   • Area: 1,615 sq. m

   • Upset price: ₹1,98,000 per sq. m

   • Highest offer: ₹1,98,001 per sq. m by RAR Properties

   • Total value: ₹31.97 crore

3. 3. TP Scheme No. 41 (Sola–Hebatpur), FP No. 171 – SFC

   • Area: 3,974 sq. m

   • Upset price: ₹1,75,000 per sq. m

   • Highest offer: ₹2,81,000 per sq. m by Helix Infra Space LLP

   • Total value: ₹111.66 crore (₹42.12 crore above the base price)

4. 4. TP Scheme No. 41 (Sola–Hebatpur), FP No. 172 – SFC

   • Area: 3,819 sq. m

   • Upset price: ₹1,75,000 per sq. m

   • Highest offer: ₹2,86,000 per sq. m by Procrete Infra Space LLP

   • Total value: ₹109.22 crore (₹42.39 crore above the base price)

5. 5. TP Scheme No. 114 (Vastral–Ramol), FP No. 148 – SFC

   • Area: 5,900 sq. m

   • Upset price: ₹85,000 per sq. m

   • Highest offer: ₹88,000 per sq. m by Nasit Asset Holdings and Developers

   • Total value: ₹51.92 crore (₹1.18 crore above the base price)
