January 06, 2026
Ahmedabad: A three-day Horticulture Farmer Haat-2026 will be organised at Vastrapur Haat by the Office of the Deputy Director of Horticulture, Ahmedabad. The event will be held from January 11 to 13 and will showcase a wide range of horticultural and natural farming products.
Farmers practicing natural farming, horticulturists, producers, and organisations from across Gujarat will participate in the exhibition-cum-sale event. The Haat will feature the sale of naturally grown fruits and vegetables, normally ripened produce, and various value-added horticulture products including jam, jelly, sherbet, pickles, ketchup and more. Demonstrations of food-processing machinery suitable for home industries will also be held.
Additionally, stalls displaying and selling materials useful for urban agriculture, such as pots, seedlings, cocopeat, tools and grow bags, will be available. Farmers will also receive guidance on natural and horticulture-based farming practices, along with live displays of horticulture produce.
The exhibition-cum-sale will remain open to the public from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm at Vastrapur Haat, Ahmedabad. DeshGujarat
