Ahmedabad: The Estate Department of Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) had issued a tender on December 6, 2025 for the sale and disposal of 15 plots for residential and commercial purposes through e-auction. The e-auction was held from January 8, 2026 to January 12, 2026. Out of 15 plots, offers were received for 11 plots

According to the tender announced by the Estate Department, T.P. Scheme No. 21 (Motera), T.P. Scheme No. 33 (Gota), T.P. Scheme No. 40 (Shela Bhadaj Hobatpur) and T.P. Scheme No. 50 (Bodakdev), T.P. Scheme No. 85 (Sarkhej Makarba Okaf) have received high bids in the sale of residential and commercial plots in various sectors and blocks. The total revenue of the Corporation from the e-auction of all 11 plots is expected to be Rs. 916.32 crores as offers are received at higher rates against the upset price fixed for each plot totaling Rs. 811.87 crore. Thus the e-auction is expected to generate an additional revenue of Rs 104.45 crore.

AMC officials stated AMC will continue the planned process of disposing of plots in various areas through e-auction in the coming time. DeshGujarat
