Bollywood stars, celebs including Dhurandhar Ranveer in Jamnagar for Anant Ambani’s Birthday

Jamnagar: The city of Jamnagar has once again been thronged by Bollywood’s biggest stars for the celebration of the 31st birthday of Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, on April 10.

The arrival of Hindi film stars and celebrities began on April 7 itself, turning Jamnagar Airport into a hub of celebrity activity. Ranveer Singh, currently riding high on the box office success of Dhurandhar 2, was spotted in an oversized white shirt and black trousers, waving enthusiastically to the paps as he stepped outside the airport.

Shah Rukh Khan also arrived at Jamnagar Airport along with his wife, Gauri Khan, son AbRam, and even their pet dog.

Salman Khan arrived in style, dressed in a black shirt and jeans, accompanied by his sister Arpita Khan and brother-in-law Aayush Sharma.

Other notable attendees include South superstar Ram Charan, veteran filmmaker Boney Kapoor, and younger stars such as Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, and Agastya Nanda. Social media personality Orry also grabbed attention with his airport look.

Beyond the film industry, the sports world is well represented, with Hardik Pandya, Rohit Sharma, and other members of the Mumbai Indians team flying in for the festivities.

Cultural Celebrations and Vantara’s Grandeur

Though Anant Ambani’s birthday falls on April 10, celebrations have already begun at Vantara and the Reliance Greens complex. The festivities blend traditional culture with modern luxury.

On April 9, a huge “Lok Dayro” (folk music event) was organised in Jogvad village near Moti Khavdi. Renowned artists Sairam Dave and Rajbha Gadhvi performed traditional folk literature and music, with members of the Ambani family in attendance.

Earlier in the week, world-renowned music composer A.R. Rahman was also seen arriving in the city, adding to the event’s musical fervour.

Philanthropy and Community Engagement

To mark Anant Ambani’s 31st birthday, the family has integrated significant acts of charity into the celebrations.

  • ₹10 crore donation: The family donated ₹10 crore for gau seva (cow service) to the Salangpur Hanuman Temple, which will be used to construct a state-of-the-art gaushala.
  • Employee feast: Reliance is providing lunch for employees of Reliance and Jio to celebrate the occasion.

Tight Security and City Buzz

The influx of celebrities has created a festive atmosphere across Jamnagar, with luxury car convoys frequently seen moving between the airport and the Vantara complex. To manage the high-profile guests, police and private security agencies have implemented an “ironclad” security cover from the airport to the Reliance complex. DeshGujarat
