Rail Minister to Launch Sabarmati–Bikaner (Lalgarh) Express

Gandhinagar: The government today announced upcoming launch of the Sabarmati–Bikaner (Lalgarh) Express. Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw is expected to flag off this new train service, connecting Ahmedabad’s Sabarmati station and Bikaner’s Lalgarh station directly through 740 kilometres route.
The train is proposed to halt at:
Sabarmati, Mehsana, Patan, Bhildi, Dhanera, Raniwada, Marwar, Bhinmal, Modran, Jalore, Mokalsar, Samdari, Luni, Jodhpur, Gotan, Merta Road, Nagaur, Nokha, Bikaner, Lalgarh.
The proposed launch follows a series of launches including the extension of the Sabarmati–Jodhpur Express to Jaisalmer, the operation of a 20-coach Jodhpur–Delhi Cantt Vande Bharat Express, and the introduction of a new Bhuj–Jalore–Pali–Delhi train service.DeshGujarat
