AMC adds 152 private covid beds; More hotels to function as Covid care centre

Sabarmati: Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) today said it has given approval to four more hotels/hostels to function as covid care centres under supervision of linked nearby covid hospitals. The approval has been given in response to representation made by hospitals. This decision adds 120 beds facility.
The AMC in its statement further said that it has added 32 more private beds in one covid hospital and one covid designate hospital. While 8 beds have been added to CUH hospital in Odhav, 24 beds have been added to Narayan Medical hospital in Vast
ral.
