Ahmedabad: A woman from the Sola area of the city had a disappointing experience with an online food ordering service as she received a non-vegetarian sandwich instead of the vegetarian paneer sandwich she had ordered.

The woman, named Nirali, placed an order for a Paneer Tikka Sandwich from a cloud kitchen, Terra Food, using the food delivery app Zomato on Friday night. However, upon delivery, she found that the sandwich was non-vegetarian, unlike the vegetarian Paneer Sandwich she had ordered. Her suspicion was confirmed after tasting the sandwich. The woman has filed a complaint with the food department of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, demanding a fine of Rs. 50,000 to be imposed on the cloud kitchen.”
