Rajkot: The Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) team sealed a commercial unit for violating noise pollution-related norms.

The RMC team sealed Star Glass Unit on Mangala Road in response to complaints by local residents regarding constant noise pollution. The unit is located on Manhar Plot 9A.

The unit was first served a notice by the RMC. The unit owners were repeatedly contacted by the RMC regarding noise pollution complaints from locals. However, the noise-polluting activities continued.

The RMC team conducted a site visit on 1st August and found noise pollution again, after which the sealing procedure was carried out under the GPMC Act 1949, Section 376A. DeshGujarat
