Three-day tribal trade fair begins in Navsari

Navsari: A three-day tribal trade fair, organized by Samast Adivasi Samaj in Surkhai village, Chikhli taluka, began today. Minister for Tribal Development, Kuber Dindor, inaugurated the event, which aims to raise awareness among tribal youth about state and central government schemes and to inspire them toward entrepreneurship.
The fair is expected to draw nearly one lakh visitors over the next three days, featuring more than 240 stalls. Representatives from various government departments, including agriculture, horticulture, natural farming, the district industrial center, the tribal department, and labor and employment, will provide information on different schemes. They will also offer planning assistance, guidance, and training on obtaining financial support for advancing business ventures.
On the second day, Minister of State for Tribal Development Kuvarji Halpati, along with BJP tribal MLAs from South Gujarat, will attend the event. Congress tribal MLAs Dr. Tushar Chaudhary and Anant Patel are also expected to be present. DeshGujarat
