Gandhinagar: The Government of India’s Weather arm IMD has released flash flood risk bulletin for the period upto 5.30 pm on Sunday 7th of September 2025. As per the bulletin there’s moderate to high flash flood risk likely in parts of Gujarat by 5.30 pm on Sunday in parts of Gujarat region, Saurashtra and Kutch, West Rajasthan and East Rajasthan.

Among the Gujarat areas where flash flood risk is looming as per IMD are Dadar & Nagar Haveli, Daman, Ahmadabad, Anand, Aravalli, Banaskantha, Bharuch, Chhota Udepur, Dahod, Dangs, Gandhinagar, Kheda, Mahesana, Mahisagar, Narmada, Navsari, Panchmahal, Patan, Sabar Kantha, Surat, Tapi, Vadodara and Valsad districts, Surendranagar, Morbi and Kutch districts.
