Smt Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani today dedicated Atithi Gruh in Somnath in presence of Rajya Sabha MP and Group President of Reliance Industries Limited, Parimal Nathwani.

Speaking in this function, Kokilaben termed this act of dedicating a facility as ‘Shivarpan’. She said there are many people ready to donate the money for good work, but only proper use of donation makes it worth.

On this occasion, Dr. Vasantbhia Parikh was awarded with medal for his achievement in Sanskrit language.

Kokilaben announced Rs. 31 lakh donation to district collector for malnourished children of Gir-Somnath district.

She said her residence in Mumbai, and Jamnagar refinery plant both are located on sea shore and therefore there was unanimous decision to name the new guest house facility in Somnath as Sagar Darshan Atithigruh.

The construction work of Sagar Darshan Atithi Gruh has been completed in three phases. District collector, local MP Chunibhai Gohil etc were present on this occasion along with office bearers of Shri Somnath Trust.
