Apple Inc CEO Tim Cook was on Thursday floored by his first Indian Premier League (IPL) experience when he turned up to watch Gujarat Lions take on Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in a key game here.

Global tech giant Apple Inc's chief executive Tim Cook started off his maiden five-day visit to the country with a visit to the famous Siddhivinayak Temple in central Mumbai on Wednesday.
Cook was seen with Anant Ambani, the son of RIL Chairman Mukesh Ambani, at the temple devoted to the deity of wisdom Lord Ganesha.

Apple's new iPad, with a price tag of Rs.30,500-Rs.50,900, has been launched in the Indian market today.
The tablet features a new retina display, Apple's new A5X chip with quad-core graphics and a 5 megapixel iSight camera and 1080pHD video.
The new iPads are available in black and white colours. While the 16GB model wi-fi models are available for Rs.30,500, the 32GB model costs Rs.36,500 and 64GB model Rs.42,500, the company said in a statement.

Airtel will be selling the iPhone 4S base model (16 GB) in India at Rs 44,500 whereas the top-end 64 GB model will cost Rs 57,500. The 32 GB model will be sold for Rs 50,900. The models are scheduled to be launched on November 25 in India.
