Ahmedabad: The decisions taken by AMC in a meeting today.

-25 AC buses to be placed at the disposal of Ahmedabad Medical Association(AMC) by Amdavad Municipal Corporation(AMC) for movement of medical and paramedical staff of private medical establishments. Insurance package approved by government will also be extended to private designated Covid19 hospitals.

-In case doctor and paramedical staff of designated private Covid hospitals during their duty are infected by Covid19, they shall be treated exclusively in one of private designated Covid19 hospitals as identified by AMC. He/she will also be eligible for any incentive/facility that are extended to AMC/Govt hospital employees.

-AMC will also give additional financial compensation to health and paramedical staff of AMC and private designated Covid19 hospitals who contract Covid19 infection on duty.
