Sabarmati: A video clip of trial run of Metro train in the city has gone viral. In this video, a metro rail car can be seen passing through the portion of Drive-In road just next to the Himayala Mall. The blue line route connecting Thaltej gam to Vastral is likely to become functional after all trial runs and approvals in the month of August this year. Vastral to Apparel park stretch on this route is already functional. Testing and trails are underway on Metro rive bridge over Sabarmati and the underground section from Shahpur to Apparel Park.
