Six cops including then DySPs and SPs along with Electrtotherm owner filed in Kutch

Bhuj: A police complaint has been filed in West Kutch CID Crime against 19 persons including six cops including then SP of Kutch West, DySP, PSI and owners of Electrotherm company. The case pertains to year 2015 incident. A comlaint has been filed after the order of the Supreme Cour. The accused are then PSI NK Chauhan, then DySP VJ Gadhvi, then DySP DS Vaghela, then DySP RD Desai, then SP GV Barot and then SP Bhavna Patel.

Police officials are booked for not taking Parmannad Shirvani’s complaint regarding his alleged kidnapping. According to complainant Shirvani, he started working in Electrotherm in 2011. Eventually he resigned but his resignation was rejected by the company. The owners of company asked him to start business in his name and kidnapped him by showing a gun. He was kidnapped in company’s bungalow, office and farm house and beaten up. His signature was taken on blank paper and his properties were snatched by doing so along with Rs. 20 lakh cash and Rs. 10 lakh gold ornaments. Another Rs. 10 lakh cash sum was coughed up from him by giving him a death threat.

Shirvani has stated that he was working with Shailesh Bhandari in Electrotherm. There was a plan to make him a director of company and kill him after taking loan in his name for company. Shirvani has claimed he got a hint of this plan and refused to become Director, after which he was kidnapped and put in confinement for weeks. Shailesh Bhandari extorted Rs. 2.25 crore from his wife and causing harassment. Shirvani claims he has audio-video and other evidences to support his claim. However police was supporting Bhandari and not taking his compliant. Shirvani fought upto High Court and Supreme Court in order to file a complaint against the accused.

Among those booked are Shailesh Bhandari, Anurag Mukesh Bhandari, Sanjay Joshi(HR general manager), Baldev Raval (security incharge, Ahmedabad), Amit Patvarika, Hitesh Soni, Shridhar Mulchandani, Somani , six security men from Ahmedabad, Shivam Podar (Gandhidham), Pavan Gaur and Mahendra Patira from South Bopal, Anil Dwivedi from Vadodara and six cops.
