Ahmedabad: Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) Gujarat has nabbed a Deputy Mamlatdar and Outsourced contracted staffer working at Sola Chavdi in Ahmedabad for taking bribe.

Accused Nirmalsinh Dabhi is class 3 staffer of Government, functioning at Circle Officer (Nayab Mamlatdar) at Sola Chavdi in Ahmedabad. Another accused, Yogesh Patel is Sevak at the same office. He is outsourced-contractual staffer.

According to ACB, an applicant had applied for adding his mother’s name in 7/12 document. In order to certified the Kaachi Nondh, the accused demanded Rs. 15,000 bribe. The complainant not willing to pay bribe contacted ACB, following which a trap was arranged in which Sevak Yogesh Patel was nabbed after he received bribe money as per directive of accused Deputy Mamlatdar. ACB has nabbed both accused. DeshGujarat
