Vadodara: A self-luggage drop system has been launched at Vadodara airport. With this, the passengers will not need to stand in queue with hand luggage at the counters of airlines. Passengers can get luggage tags by entering the PNR number at the Self luggage drop system’s four counters. There are currently 13 counters of airlines in addition to the self-luggage drop system’s four counters with the conveyor belt system. The Airport Authority of India (AAI) has in the Western region, for the first time introduced the self-luggage drop system at Vadodara airport. AAI will introduce this system next at Indore airport in neighboring Madhya Pradesh. DeshGujarat
