Palanpur: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Gujarat has arrested Naresh Menat, a Dahej Pratibandhak Sahrakshan Adhikari (Class-2), and contract-based manager Ashaben Nayak from Palanpur. While Naresh Menat is an officer at the District Women and Child Office, Ashaben is a contract-based manager at Nari Samrakshan Gruh in Palanpur. According to the ACB, a complainant was seeking a field officer job in the Women and Child Development Department in Banaskantha. The accused demanded a bribe of Rs. 45,000 for the favor.
