Ahmedabad receives 2 inches average rainfall in five hours; Bopal records highest at 4.55 inches

Ahmedabad: Ahmedabad received an average of 2.00 inches of rainfall between 6 am and 11 am on Thursday, according to data released by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC). Bopal recorded the highest rainfall in the city at 4.55 inches, followed by Sarkhej (4.53 inches), Bodakdev (4.41 inches), Jodhpur Zonal (4.39 inches) and Jodhpur (4.33 inches).

The South West and North West zones witnessed the heaviest rainfall during the five-hour period, while the city’s cumulative seasonal rainfall reached 6.39 inches.
