A complainant in this case works in the office of an auto advisor and often visits the RTO office for change in names for the vehicles of his clients and other works.
According to ACB, accused RTO Inspector Ankit Panchal asked complainant to give Rs. 11,700/- to his middleman Bharat Patel for payment of some bill, but the complainant was not paying the money of the bill, and so the accused RTO officer stopped the progress of files of complainant for last three days.
