8 booked for ruckus at Aquamagicaa Water Park; one accused waved Palestine flag T-shirt

Surat: The Puna police has booked 8 unidentified individuals for allegedly causing a disturbance and assaulting the security staff at Aquamagicaa Water Park in Parvat Patia. After attacking the security staff and injuring at least two of them, the accused fled from the water park.
It is learned that the group arrived from Godhra in two cars, and one of the group members was seen wearing a T-shirt resembling the national flag of Palestine.
Around 3 pm on Saturday, two men from the group climbed onto the wave pool stage of the water park. One of them displayed a T-shirt resembling the national flag of Palestine to people in the wave pool. Desai saw them on CCTV and intervened, but one escaped while the other tried to stop the music. When Desai and security personnel caught him, seven others attacked them with a firefighting bucket, injuring Desai and another officer.
Various police teams, including the crime branch and SOG, have been deployed to identify the rioters by examining CCTV footage. The cops have detained around 15 suspects as of now, and arrests will be made after identification by the victims. DeshGujarat
