More sensitive booths in Rajkot seat this time, due to Kshatriya agitation

Rajkot: Another 210 booths are declared sensitive in Rajkot Lok Sabha seat due to Kshatriya agitation. With this, the total count of sensitive booths in Rajkot constituency is now above 1,000.
According to the district collector, the booths where voting is very less or those where agitation is reported are titled as sensitive booths. Rajkot seat had so far 822 such booths (30 percent of total) but now 210 more are added.
Sensitive booths will have presence of police, para military force and micro observers. The administration has proposed deployment of 12 companies across 1032 sensitive polling booths. Rajkot seat has total 2232 polling centres. Web casting will be done from 1150 booths. DeshGujarat
