Ahmedabad: Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) teams in two days checked 42 game zones operating in the city and sealed 11 of them for lack of Building Use(BU) permissions or Fire safety clearance(lack of fire NOC). AMC teams today sealed five more places in addition to six a day ago for these reasons.

Toy Joy Tales, located at 5/6 Satellite Cooperative society near ISRO was sealed due to non-renewal of fire NOC.

Shots game zone at Sindhu Bhavan road is sealed for not following the BU, though it has valid BU permisson and also has valid fire NOC.

Indikarting in Shilaj which operates Go-karting in open plot is sealed for not having BU and fire NOC.

Friendly carting located in Shilaj area which operates Go-karting in open plot is also sealed for same reasons, of not having BU and fire NOC.

Pickle Ball Club at Hebatpur road in Shilaj which operates small kids play area and lawn tennis is sealed for not having BU permission. The facility has fire NOC.

Meanwhile police complaints are filed against four owners of game zones in Anandnagar, Gota and Nikol areas of Ahmedabad city for operating game zones without required license and permissions. The State government has given directive that those who operate the game parks without fire NOC and license must face police complaint.  DeshGujarat
