The Income tax officials conducted search operations at the offices of the Cambay group on Wednesday.

The search began in the morning on Wednesday at group’s Ahmedabad based hotels, and also in Gandhinagar, Goa and Jaipur.

The group is led by former IAS officer Sanjay Gupta, and active in various sectors, but the core business is in hospitality sector.
