Editor’s note:
Are they MLAs or hooligans? What did they do to public property today in Gujarat Assembly lobby is visible in these photographs presented below. These doors, these plants, this wooden furniture – everything has been purchased by tax payers money. Look what Congress MLAs have done to it. If any common person would dare to do this, he would be sent to prison. Let the government give same treatment to hooligans who did this. If Congress MLAs want to behave in such fashion let them stop celebrating Mahatma Gandhi’s anniversaries. Let them project Mahatma Gandhi’s photo on their banner during adhiveshans. Gujarat Assembly Speaker today in a special case allowed media persons to captures the visuals of the job done by Congress MLAs. Imagine the atmosphere when Congress MLAs created this ruckus! On direction of Gujarat Assembly Speaker, the Secretary of state assembly has filed complaint against those who did this. Let the Speaker follow up the case well. Let those involved get punishment matching to any ordinary man for such act. Such behavior is unacceptable from those who represent people. Let the government also release CCTV footage of the incident, so that people of Gujarat can see their representatives. Congress has released photographs of its couple of MLAs with bruises. While Congress claims its MLAs suffered bruises during scuffle with sargent, the photographs suggest, Congress MLAs could have faced injury while damaging glass, furniture and other items in lobby.
