Amit Shah to dedicate revamped Sursagar pond in Vadodara

Vadodara:Union Home minister Amit Shah will inaugurate a revamped Sursagar pond in Vadodara on February 21.
Sursagar has been revamped at a cost of Rs. 35 crore. A tall statue of Sarveshwar Mahadev is standing in the center of Sursagar pond. The function in presence of Shah and Gujarat CM Rupani among others will be held post 7.00 pm.
Vadodara has tradition of Maha Shivratri procession called ‘Shivji ki Savari’. This year’s procession will have 64 floats and tableau that have been brought from Rajkot where same tableau were used in Republic day function.
