Rajkot: Those entering the TRP game zone in Rajkot had to sign an agreement on release for liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risks and indemnity agreement. The visitors had to signed the document to waive certain legal rights including the right to sue!

In the agreement form which was mandatory to sign for access of TRP game zone, the visitors had to accept that all risk of loss, damage and injury, including death that may be sustained by him/her or any property of his/her while at TRP Go-Karts & paintball.

An agreement document which had to be signed to access the games inside TRP game zone has now gone viral online. As many as 28 people died in fire at TRP game zone on Saturday. Police have filed complaint against six partners, and arrested two of them so far. DeshGujarat
