Rupala replies media queries in Rajkot

Rajkot: Replying the media questions, Rajkot Lok Sabha seat BJP candidate, Parshottam Rupala today said he has apologized twice for his remarks about erstwhile Maharajas and for him the matter was closed and Kshatriya community leaders were of same opinion. Rupala in reply to another query said the community has right to gather and if they want BJP to replace him with some other candidate, it’s between the community and party. The decision on candidates are taken by party and there’s no scope of speculations at local level, he added. Rupala said he apologized, and he along with party leaders wish they accept apology as per Kshatra dharma. Rupala said he had made no comment regarding Dalit community and that issue was political.
