On bringing nation’s black money using existing laws

To bring nation’s black money parked illegally abroad, Baba Ramdev is working with the people and Anna Hazare is active in implementation of new Jan Lokpal bill.However we some people discussed to add a new dimension to this movement. We are not worried if we don’t get new law. We believe that while today’s laws can delay the things, they are capable to deliver justice. We are fighting 2G battle with present laws and we have achieved result. So we have created the Action Committee against Corruption in India consisting 15 persons. And after studying the laws we have concluded that we will go to Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) on 28th and will file FIR against unidentified persons who have parked country’s money abroad illegally. If CBI refuses to take our complaint, we will move to court to direct CBI to register our complaint. Later we will seek letter rogatory from court. If some Indian commits crime in foreign land, the Indian court can issue a later rogatory which is a letter seeking cooperation of other country. We would like to have such letter issued to Switzerland. We want to do what government is not doing, and not wishing to do. There’s a sum of Rs 70 lakh parked abroad and if money is brought back, now one in the country would have to pay tax for next 10 years. 110 new universities can be opened. Lots of infrastructural works can be taken up.

On Police complaint against Sonia Gandhi

Smt Sonia Gandhi has come up with the Communal and targeted violence bill. She has sent it to central Law ministry and has in a way ordered to make a new law. The bill has provision that if there’s Hindu-Muslim riot, it would be believed that Hindus are guilty, and Hindus will have burden to prove themselves innocent. Similarly section 7 of this bill suggests that if Hindu male and Muslim woman are living in one house, Hindu male can be booked under the complaint of rap. This way the Congress party has tried to target the Hindus to get the votes of Muslim and Christians.

Therefore I have filed complaint against Sonia Gandhi and other members of National Advisory Council. Though I have filed complaint 10 days back, the police have not registered it. After Chidambaram related case is over, I would focus Sonia Gandhi complaint and will seek investigation in that case in Tihar jail rather than in her house. I would seek her arrest. I think everyone should oppose this bill firmly. In such case, just withdrawal of the bill is not enough. Those who prepared such bill should apologize. How come she thought like this about Hindus who are 83% in this country?

On govt aid to Kingfisher

I would like to say that in Kingfisher case, the government should first demand closure of Malya’s all liquor factories, before giving banks = government money.

Swamy talks about many subjects while answering the questions from print journalists.

In his interaction with TV media Swamy talked about same subjects, but also talked about Naxalites in Anna’s movement, Rs 28,000 crore lower standard French plane deal and Sonia connection.
