Amit Shah’s lawyer Mitesh Amin reaches CBI office
Gandhinagar, DeshGujarat, 23 July 2010
Gujarat minister of state for Home Amit Shah has yet not turned up(at 12.20 pm) at CBI’s Gandhinagar office, but his advocate Mitesh Amin has reached the office. Amin said he is here at CBI office to seek questionnaire that CBI intends to operate during interrogation of Shah. This is what Amit said, word to word
“I have come on behalf of Amit Shah. The way CBI has issued a summon, we feel time given us is very short and incident is old, so we are going to request the CBI that the questions that they are going to ask should be given to us, so we can answer them properly. We want to cooperate them, but we feel the time period is very short. Shah surely wants to come and cooperate the CBi, but as time period given is very short, we demand they should give questionnaire so that we can go through records and answer them properly.”
