Rs.60 crore black money recovered from Vadodara Congress leader

The Income Tax department has recovered Rs.60 crore black money from Vadodara’s Congress leader Dalsukh Prajapati.
Prajapati is former Congress MLA, ex Mayor of Vadodara, and builder. He was Mayor of Vadodara city before 20 years. Prajapati then started business of buying, developing and selling of land.
A team of Income Tax official from Range-2 had started survey procedure on Monday. The survey work concluded on Tuesdray morning.
Prajapati will have to pay now Rs. 20 crore tax, as per the provition.
