Akruti tower(CG road),JB tower(Drive In road) sealed

Continuing sealing drive, the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation team today sealed 110 shops/offices of commercial building Akruti High Rise on C.G.Road.

Another major building sealed was JB Tower on Drive In road. The building has 139 shop/offices.

Both buildings are sealed for violation of fire safety norms and non availability of No Objection Certificate.

It should be mentioned here that so far four major complexes on this road are sealed by the authority for reasons ranging from lacking of fire safety to unauthorized construction and utilizing of parking space commercially.

MV House, near Hajipura garden, Shahibag – 73 units worth 1500 sq.m

8 structures obstructing road between Virat Nagar cross roads to S.P. office worth 1500 sq.m

7 units on Municipal Corporation’s reserve plot and TP road in Danilimda ward worth 710 sq.m
