AMC seals 454 units on Tuesday:Complete detail

Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation’s Estate department teams sealed 454 units worth 30410 square meter area on Tuesday in ongoing sealing drive. Following is the detail:

-Mangaltirth tower block A and B, Dharnidhar Derasar, Vasna – 55 units sealed worth 2140 sq.m area for lacking of fire safety and NOC

-Clifton tower, Shah Alam tolnaka – 31 units sealed worth 2000 sq.m for violation of parking, and lacking of fire safety system and NOC

-Two units near Madani mosque, Baherampura worth 1500 sq.m demolished for unauthorized construction.

-Two units near Khodiarnagar char rasta, Baherampura demolished for unauthorized construction worth 270 sq.m

-B.G.Tower block C, Delhi Darwaja, Madhupura – 90 units sealed worth 1000 sq.m for unauthorized construction in basement and lacking of fire safety and NOC

-142 units of Mile Stone building, Drive In road, Thaltej worth 8500 sq.m sealed for unauthorized construction.

-132 units of Rameshwar Industrial Estate worth 15000 sq.m sealed for unauthorized construction.
