Wall Street – 1, Vaibhav Lakshmi market:Shops/offices sealed

Teams of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation on Thursday sealed 196 shops/offices. Following is the detail:

Wall Street – 1 tower, Gujarat Colleges cross roads, Ellis bridge – 100 units worth 8750 sq.m sealed for lacking of fire safety and NOC

Vaibhav Lakshmi Market, Ghee Kanta road, near Prakash Cinema, Kalupur – 96 units worth 1600 sq.m sealed for unauthorized construction and parking space violation in basement

The AMC also demolished 11 unauthorized units worth 3225 sq.m. This includes four units of Panchajanya Industrial Estate, Odhav worth 3000 sq.m, and 7 unauthorized units worth 225 sq.m at Amikunj Society, near Jayesh school, Khari Cut canal, Thakkarbapanagar.

Meanwhile the authority today unsealed J.B.Tower after Fire NOC was roduced.
