AMC seals 321 shop/offices, demolishes 27 on Friday

Continuing its sealing operation, the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation teams today sealed 160 units of Wall Street-2 tower worth 17500 sq.m for lacking of fire safety NOC. Similarly the AMC team sealed 82 units of Paradize complex of Mirzapur worth 980 sq.m for unauthorized construction in basement and ground floor parking space, unauthorized construction and lacking of fire safety NOC. The AMC team also sealed 56 units of S.G.Road based Avdhesh complex worth 7000 sq.m for lacking of fire safety NOC. Maninagar’s Mihir tower’s 23 units were also sealed for unauthorized construction in basement and ground floor. The total figure of sealed units on Saturday comes to 321.

Meanwhile the AMC teams also held demolition operation at different places including demolition of three units at Vastral’s Jalsagar society, Harsiddh complex, and Thakkarbapanagar’s Kalyan shopping centre.
