Hearing on Amit Shah’s bail adjourned to 23 February

Former Minister of state for Home Shri Amit Shah will enjoy free air for almost one more month. The Supreme Court today adjourned hearing in bail case of Shah to 23rd of February.
Shah is presently in Delhi as Supreme Court had asked him to stay out of the state during bail period. Shah was therefor not seen in Vibrant Gujarat summit, 26 January or any other major Gujarat govt function inside the state. He however was present in national executive meeting of BJP in Assam, and BCCI meeting in Mumbai. Shah is MLA and Gujarat Assembly session is coming in February but it is not clear whether he would seek permission to attend the session or not.
