Gujarat govt declares 50% relief in new Jantri rates

Government of Gujarat today announced 50% relief in hiked rates of Jantri. 50% relief implies also to the premium rates that farmers have to pay for transfer(juni sharat/navi sharat) of agriculture land. Thus the government has accepted the demand of state’s powerful builder and developers lobby.
