SSC stays Gujarat HC order in CG road sealing case
Ahmedabad, 16 May, 2011
Supreme Court of India has stayed Gujarat High Court’s 9th May order to open seals of shops and offices on CG road. It is all possible that those shops and offices whose seals are opened recently after Gujarat High Court’s order may be sealed again after fresh order of the Supreme Court.
One Mr. Purohit had challenged Gujarat High Court’s order in Supreme Court.
Supreme Court has also issued notice to civic authorities in Gujarat.
