Then Amit Shah may come to Ahmedabad on 13th June

Former minister of state for Home Shri Amit Shah has been summoned by CBI’s special court in Ahmedabad in Sohrabuddin encounter case.
As per the summon, Shah will have to appear before the special court of CBI on 13 June.
Shah currently is on bail and lives in Delhi. He will have to take permission of the Supreme Court to come to Ahmedabad to appear before the court, as he has been directed by the Supreme Court to stay out of Gujarat till further direction.
The case against Shah was pending for last four months in Ahmedabad’s special court of CBI.
