Sudhir Sinha takes charge as CP, makes his mobile number public

IPS Sudhir Sinha today took charge of new Police Commissioner of Ahmedabad.

He was ceremoniously welcomed at Shahibag based Police Commissioner office.

Soon after taking charge, Shri Sinha announced that common people would be able to meet him between 11.00 am and 2.00 pm.

Sinha also announced his personal mobile number (8980002800) adding that any common citizen would be allowed to call him over phone between 7.00 – 10.00 pm.

Sinha is only police officer in Gujarat Police who has become Police Commissioner of all important four cities of Gujarat. Upright police officer with excellent track record, Shri Sinha during his last executive job as Police Commissioner of Rajkot became very popular for his pro-people working style and strict approach to criminals and lethargic police staff.
