Junagadh, 26 June, 2011
The person from Somalia who was talking to Una Police Inspector with a fowl mouth a day before, suddenly started speaking in a decent way just a day after in requesting tone during his phone call.
A person from Somalia named Haidar had called Una Police inspector in a threatening way on Friday asking the police to free the Somalian pirates arrested by them at Junagadh district’s sea coast recently. However day after on Saturday the Somalian called again from Somalia, and this time DySP Gohil received the phone call. Instead of the heavy threatening tone, the Somalian on phone turned polite, and requested the authorities to free all the Somali fishermen captured by Gujarat Police claiming that they were just fishermen.
This sudden change in nature of the Native Somali, Haidar even shocked the Police.
On 19th of June 14 Somali Pirates were caught on Nandan seacoast in Una. The police has filed a report against them for infiltrating Indian water borders.
