1400 state govt employees retired today, 14657 in next 6 months

Today on 30th June as many as 1400 employees of Gujarat government retired due to age limit. Not only this but before 31st of December this year as many as 14,657 Gujarat govt employees will retire due to same reason. This will include 12 IAS, 2 IPS and 1 IFS officials, 240 employees of boards and corporations, 696 college employees, 2310 secondary school teachers, 4648 panchayat employees, 102 private approved employees and 6646 government employees.
