Smriti Irani, Dilip Pandya to get plots in Gandhinagar

As per the policy of the government of Gujarat, all those elected for the first time to state assembly, Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha are allotted 330 square meter plot on concessional price of about Rs 100 per square yard. Follwing this Smriti Irani and Dilip Pandya who are all set to go to Rajya Sabha will also get 330 square yard plot in capital town. Considering the high value of land in the capital, both Smriti Irani and Dilip Pandya will add lakhs of Rupees to their existing property list just after becoming the MPs.
